Lion Busch ships within the European Union. International orders outside the EU are currently available upon request. Please contact us at buschlion@gmail.com for shipping options and costs. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and tracking number.
Production & Delivery
All pieces are made to order and may take up to 2–3 weeks to be produced before shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.
EU: Taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Outside EU: Shipping rates do not include any customs duties or import taxes. Please note that these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is refused or remains unclaimed due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any return shipping costs, customs charges or other fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Returns
Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at buschlion@gmail.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original condition with all tags and accessories attached. Sale items and custom-made or personalized pieces may be excluded from returns where permitted by law.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original order and place a new order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
